Botanical Gardens for everyone.

The Botanical Gardens are designed to be used by all visitors, from families with strollers and young children, to the elderly and those with mobility impairments.

Large sections of the Gardens are accessible to those in wheelchairs and with limited mobility, but please be aware that some paths are steep. A map with wheelchair accessible paths marked is available from the Visitor Centre or downloadable here.

The Gardens have some wheelchairs available for hire. We recommend booking in advance as we only have a limited number of wheelchairs available. Contact Us to book a wheelchair.

Toilets: The Gardens are equipped with accessible toilet facilities. These are located near the Visitor Centre, the Arid Collection and The Pod.

Parking: Accessible parking bays are provided directly outside the main gate and at the lower carpark off the Domain Highway.
