Established in 1939, this greenhouse displays a range of exotic plants which would not otherwise grow in the cool Tasmanian climate.

A calming refuge for contemplation and relaxation and a popular venue for weddings and other events.

In recognition of the deep history and culture of this island, the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens wishes to acknowledge the Muwinina people - the traditional owners and custodians of the land upon which the Gardens is built.
