Versatile spaces for your next meeting or workshop.

​​​​Accommodating groups of up to 40 people, just 5 minutes from the centre of Hobart, our meeting rooms are perfect for your next offsite meeting or training workshop, all within 14 hectares of stunning gardens. Meeting rooms are equipped with high speed wifi and video conferencing facilities. ​Catering is available exclusively through onsite suppliers, Abundance and Sabre Catering.

The Banksia Room


Located next to the Botanical Shop.

Seats: 35 boardroom, 40 classroom or theatre style.

Rate: $400 per day


The Pod​​​


Set in a secluded location near the Tasmanian Community Food Garden.

Seats: 26 boardroom, 30 theatre style.

Rate: $400 per day

The Understory



Located opposite the magnificent Cork Oak, below the Visitor Centre.

Seats: 18 boardroom

Rate: $350 per day​
